摘要

基于资产管理与预算管理的科学、合理结合有利于促进农业科研院所的健康发展,其中包括农业科研院所管理效率的改善及资源配置的优化。分析目前我国农业科研院所在进行预算管理及资产管理相结合现状,提出改善农业科研院所预算与资产管理相结合情况的对策。
The scientific and rational combination of asset management and budget management is conducive to the healthy development of agricultural research institutes, including the improvement of the management efficiency of agricultural research institutes and the optimization of resource allocation. This paper analyzes the present situation of the combination of budget management and asset management in agricultural research institutes and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the combination of budget management and asset management in agricultural research institutes.
