加味大黄■虫颗粒对精索静脉曲张大鼠附睾区段结构性“微环境”的干预

摘要
目的:通过观察实验性精索静脉曲张大鼠附睾区段结构性"微环境"主要构件的改变,探讨加味大黄■虫颗粒对实验性精索静脉曲张大鼠附睾精子发育成熟的保护机制。方法:按Turner方法制作模型组、假手术组、迈之灵组及不同剂量加味大黄■虫颗粒组左精索静脉曲张大鼠模型。造模完成后,模型组及假手术组每日予1次等量生理盐水灌胃;迈之灵组每日予1次迈之灵片等量水溶液灌胃;不同剂量加味大黄■虫颗粒组每日各予1次不同浓度加味大黄■虫颗粒等量水溶液灌胃。给药8周后,检测附睾局部"微环境"主要构件的改变。结果:相较于模型组,迈之灵组和加味大黄■虫颗粒高、中剂量组大鼠附睾精子活率升高(P<0.01)。相较于迈之灵组,加味大黄■虫颗粒高剂量组附睾精子活率和浓度增高明显(P<0.05),附睾SOD活性明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:加味大黄■虫颗粒改善精索静脉曲张的附睾区段"微环境"的物理支撑,提高附睾培育精子成熟"微环境"稳定性,创造精子发育成熟的有利条件。
        Objective: To observe the change of microenvironment of epididymis section structure of varicocele rats and explore the protection mechanism of sperm development and maturation of Modified Dahuang Zhechong Pill on epididymis of varicocele rats. Methods: According to Turner method,we established left varicocele rats of model group, normal group, Aescuven forte group, Modified Dahuang Zhechong Pill high, medium and low dose groups. After establishing left varicocele rats, model group and normal group were given equivalent normal saline by gavage once a day. Aescuven forte group was given equivalent aqueous solution of Aescuven forte by gavage once a day. The different doses groups of modified Dahuang Zhechong Pill were given equivalent solution of Modified Dahuang Zhechong Pill. We tested the change of microenvironment of epididymis section structure of varicocele rats after eight feeding. Result:The rats' left epididymal sperm motility in the model group was significantly lower than that of the Modified Dahuang Zhechong group in high and medium dose and Aescuven forte group(P<0.01). The rats' left epididymal sperm motility and concentration and the activity of SOD in the Modified Dahuang Zhechong Pill high dose group was significantly higher than those of Aescuven forte group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Modified Dahuang Zhechong Pill can effectively improve physics support of microenvironment of epididymis section structure of varicocele, effectively improve the stability of microenvironment to the sperm maturation and create favorable conditions to sperm maturation.
