摘要
目的了解本地区沙门氏菌血清型分布特征和基因分型情况,建立基因分型数据库,为以后的暴发溯源以及疾病的早期预警提供基础数据。方法采用脉冲场凝胶电泳技术(PFGE)对139株不同来源的沙门氏菌进行分子分型分析,酶切电泳图谱导入BioNumerics软件进行聚类分析。同时按照相关国家标准完成血清学检测。结果沙门氏菌除4株无法分型外,其余135株可分为18个血清型,肠炎沙门氏菌为优势血清型,主要来源于食物中毒标本,占总数的40.29%(56/139),其次为鼠伤寒沙门氏菌和乙型副伤寒沙门氏菌,分别占总数的19.42%和8.63%,主要来源于临床标本。139株菌利用Xba I酶切并经PFGE电泳后产生63个PFGE带型,带型间相似度值在53.7%-100%之间,优势带型为PT51,包含的菌株均为肠炎沙门氏菌。结论厦门地区沙门氏菌血清型以肠炎沙门氏菌为主;分子分型结果呈现多样性,但食物中毒株PFGE带型较单一。
        Objective To investigate the serotype distribution and genotype of Salmonella in Xiamen,and to establish a genotyping database for source trace of outbreaks and early warning of the disease.Methods 139 strains of Salmonella from different sources were analyzed by pulse field gel electrophoresis(PFGE).Restriction electrophoresis profiles were imported into BioNumerics software for cluster analysis.At the same time,serotyping of Salmonella strains were performed according to related national criterion.Results Except for 4 isolates of Salmonella,the other 135 strains could be divided into 18 serotypes,and Salmonella enteritidis mainly from food poisoning specimens was the dominant serotype,accounting for 40.29%(56/139),followed by Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella paratyphi B mainly from clinical specimens,accounting for 19.42% and 8.63%,respectively.139 strains were digested with Xba I,and 63 PFGE patterns were obtained by PFGE method.The similarity value ranged from 53.7% to 100%,and the predominant pattern was PT51 generated by Salmonella enteritidis.Conclusion The main serotype of Salmonella is Salmonella enteritidis.The molecular typing results in present diversity,but the food poisoning strains only possess a few of PFGE patterns.
