美国精英文理学院校友高捐赠率的形成基础——基于威廉姆斯学院的研究

摘要
校友高捐赠率反映校友捐赠母校的积极性和广泛性,也体现校友对母校的认可和支持,是衡量高校发展水平的重要指标。美国精英文理学院普遍拥有较高的校友捐赠率。以威廉姆斯学院为案例进行研究发现,卓越的在校体验、精细的运营体系和共生的发展理念奠定了校友高捐赠率形成的情感基础、管理基础和文化基础。我国"双一流"建设高校应该在办学理念、校友捐赠管理和校友文化等方面积极借鉴美国精英文理学院的成功经验,提高校友捐赠率。
