摘要
针对实际生产情况,为提高钢管倒棱工序效率,通过设计一种简易工装夹具,借助胶垫,调整刀座、刀具等三个方面提效措施的实施,经过2年时间的实际工作应用,效果良好,有效地提高了倒棱工序的效率。
For actual production,in order to improve the efficiency of steel pipe chamfering process,through implemented three parties improvement efficiency methods of the design of a simple fixture,with the help of rubber pads,adjust the tool apron and tool. After 2 years of practical application,it worked well and effectively improves the efficiency of the chamfering process.
