基于模型的伺服控制系统故障诊断

摘要
为减少武器装备的维护成本,需实现对装备的健康状态监测,为此需要建立针对伺服控制系统进行故障诊断的平台。本文首先对伺服控制系统仿真模型进行了研究,并提出了基于扩展卡尔曼滤波的故障诊断算法,通过辨识系统参数达到故障诊断的目的,实现了基于模型的健康管理功能。
In order to reduce the maintenance cost of weapons, the condition of the weapons needs to be known. A failure diagnosis platform for servo-control systems needs to be proposed. Servo control system is studied in the paper and a simulation model is established. The paper puts forward the method using system parameters recognition for failure diagnosis based on extended kalman filter. The paper uses algorithms based on models to realize the purpose of health management.
