摘要
目的:探究社会支持与应对方式对宫颈癌患者生存质量的影响。方法:针对40例宫颈癌患者进行调查分析,分析其社会支持与应对方式情况和生活质量情况。结果:针对宫颈癌患者的生活质量和全国常模进行比较发现,其除过环境领域不存在明显差异之外,其他各个领域均差异明显,其组间比较P<0.05则说明差异明显。患者的社会支持得分越高其生活水平相对较高,在医学应对方式屈服、回避和面对三项中,其中屈服和回避与全国常模无明显差异,说明社会支持和应对方式对于患者生活质量影响较大。结论:社会支持与应对方式对宫颈癌患者生存质量影响的研究发现,其对于患者生活质量影响较大,因此临床应该引起注意,可以从该方面着手,对患者情况进行评估,并积极给予相应的干预措施,最终使得患者生活质量得以改善。
Objective:To study the effects of social support and coping style on the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer.Methods:To investigate and analyze 40 cases of patients with cervical cancer,to analyze the social support and coping style and quality of life.Results:according to the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer and the national norm for comparison,in addition to the the environmental field is not significantly different,other areas are significantly different,the comparison between groups P <0.05 showed obvious differences.Social support in patients with higher scores in the standard of living is relatively high,the yield in the medical coping style,and avoid face three,the yield and avoid with the national norm No obvious difference,that of social support and coping style has great influence on the quality of life of the patients.Conclusion:the influence of social support and coping style on the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer found that the quality of life of patients with greater impact,so the clinical should pay attention,can proceed from the aspects of the patients were evaluated,and actively provide the corresponding intervention measures,finally makes the quality of life of patients can be improved.
