摘要
兽医学不断地从人类医学的发展中受益。其中一个最明显变化的领域是,当犬吞食异物以后异物进行取出的方式。在过去,兽医们经常使用普通外科手术途径取出消化道异物。随着医学的发展,外科手术不再是唯一的选择。消化道内窥镜可用于去除食道、胃以及十二指肠的异物。本文将阐述两个吞食鱼钩的案例,两个病例的鱼钩都位于胸段食道。两个鱼钩位于同一位置,但刺入的方式不同。我们均使用内窥镜完成了这个手术。
As human medicine advances,veterinary medicine benefits gradually.One particular area of great b enefit is in the removal of ingested foreign objects in dogs.In the past,a surgical incision was required to remove all foreign objects.With medical advancement,surgery is no longer the only option.An endoscope can be used to remove some ingested items for the esophagus,stomach,and duodenum.There are two case to remove fishhook in the thoracic esophagus of dog was described in this article.Two case fishhook are almost in the same site of thoracic esophagus,but the fishhook direction are different.Both case using endoscope to remove fishhook successfully.
