基于网络经济的企业战略创新

摘要
21世纪是一个急剧变革的网络经济时代,网络经济加速了经济全球化进程,给企业发展带来了一个更大的市场空间。现代社会,一个企业能否成功,从某种意义上讲,就是看其能否灵活运用战略管理将各种资源变成社会所需要的产品和服务。外部环境的变化要求企业的战略做出相应的调整。所以,在网络经济下,提出企业战略创新具有积极的现实意义。
     以网络经济为研究背景,企业战略为研究对象,讨论企业战略层次的创新。研究指出,战略在网络经济中的重要性正在由配置资源的行动模式上升到企业的一种系统能力,这种能力相比于传统经济下企业的战略地位有着非线性的创新优势。在这种非线性的企业战略创新中,企业的经营模式本身而不是终端产品市场发生变化,企业以基于企业间关系的“双赢”合作战略为动力,利用和借用核心竞争能力,创造以间断性的特征的、不断变化的企业竞争优势,即非线性竞争优势。
     本文从网络经济与传统经济的对比入手,分析了网络经济下企业战略创新的内涵及功效。重点介绍了战略创新的内容,即核心能力、业务外包、虚拟企业和供应链管理,指出企业应从内部和外部进行网络建设,提出了战略创新的两种方法,即组织转型式创新和战略联盟。最后,结合中国国情,以我国家电行业为例来分析我国战略创新现状并提出采取相应的对策,创造出适合我国企业和经营环境特点的战略管理观念、思想和方法,促进我国企业健康、稳定和持续发展。
In 21 century, network economy accelerates the development of economic globalization. It brings a greater market space for enterprise development. To some extent, the success of modern enterprise depends on flexible strategic management. That is to say we change all kinds of resources into social needed products and service. A modern enterprise must be adapted for environmental change on strategy. So it is significant to present firm strategic innovation under the network economy.
    The paper, regarding background of network economy and firm strategy as subject matter, deals with the strategic level of innovation of the firm. It is studied to find out that importance of firm strategy in the network economy is transforming from an action pattern of resource allocation to a systemic capability of the firm, a substantial change for role of strategy. Contrasting the role of strategy in the traditional economy characterized by physical world rather than cyberspace, the firm strategy as a capability is possessing non-linear advantage of innovation. In this innovation-led strategy, the business model itself instead of previous end product-market matrix had to change. The firm, driven by win-win situation strategy which is based on inter-firm arrangements, makes full of its own and leverage other core competencies to create instant competitive advantages featuring discontinuities that is called non-linear competitive advantages.
    In contrast to traditional economy, the paper presents the connotation of firm strategic innovation. It introduces the content of strategic innovation emphatically, including core competencies, outsourcing, virtual organization and supply chain management. Then it points out that the enterprise must construct its network from inside and outside. And it presents two methods of strategic innovation which are organization innovation and strategic alliance. Finally, it analyzes the presentation of our enterprise strategic innovation and gives adaptive strategies according to the example of electric industry. In addition, it also presents the ideas and methods of strategic management which are adapted for our enterprises. Our enterprises must develop stably and constantly.
