小学教师教学反思研究

摘要
随着基础教育新课程的实施和推广,小学课程面临着前所未有的深刻变革,毫无疑问,作为教学活动重要角色的小学教师,无法回避新课程和小学教学质量问题带来的巨大挑战。大量研究表明,教师发展成长的根本动力来自教师自身的实践活动,对自身教学实践活动进行教学反思是促进教师专业成长的重要途径。因此,对小学教师教学反思的研究具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。
     全文共分为以下几个部分:第一部分:导论。本部分介绍了本研究的背景、目的和意义。梳理国外相关研究和国内相关研究,分析国内外研究的成果,在此基础上明确了研究的目的和意义。第二部分:研究设计。介绍了本研究的取向和策略,以及详细的研究方法。第三部分:文献的综述。本部分是教学反思基本理论的研究。对反思和教学反思的涵义进行论述的基础上,论述了教学反思的类型和内容,以及教学反思的视角和方法,并提出了教学反思的意义。以此为小学教师教学反思的研究奠定理论基础。第四部分,E学校小学教师教学反思概况。通过问卷调查、深度访谈和教师教学日记分析,了解和分析小学教师教学反思现状,并论述影响小学教师教学反思的因素。第五部分:提出为小学教师营造良好的教学反思环境、不断提高小学教师的反思意识、加强小学教师关于教学反思的理论学习、强化小学教师的教学反思实践、培养小学教师教学反思能力的小学教师反思策略。
With the actualization and promotion of the new curriculum for the fundamental education, curriculum in primary school is facing unparalleled deep changes. The teachers in primary school, as an important role in teaching, must face the great challenge bring about by the new curriculum and the problem of teaching quality in primary school and improve their diathesis. A lot of research has shown us that the fundamental impetus of teachers’development and maturing is from their practice in teaching and that reflecting on the activities of teacher’s teaching is an essential way of stimulating teachers’improvement on their speciality. Therefore, it has significance in both theory and practice to study on teachers’teaching reflection in primary school.
     The whole article can be divided into the following parts: the first part—introduction. This part introduces the backgrounds and the purpose and significance of this study. Researcher tidies up both internal and external researches and analyzes its results, then clarifies the purpose and the significance of this study. The second part—the design of the study. This part introduces the tendency and plot of the study, and the detailed study methods. The third part—documentary summarize. This part is the basic theory study on teaching reflection. Based on the summarizing of the concept on reflection and teaching reflection, this part elaborates the type, contents, perspective and method of teaching reflection, and also gives the function of teacher’s teaching reflection. These dedications make basis for the research on teacher’s teaching reflection in primary school. The forth part—survey on teacher’s teaching reflection in E primary school. Through questionnaire survey and deep talk, researcher realizes and analyses general situations on teacher’s teaching reflection in E primary school. And then elaborates the affective factors of teacher’teaching reflection in primary school. The fifth part—researcher raises measurements like creating perfect atmosphere of teaching reflection for teachers in primary school, improving the consciousness of teacher’s teaching reflection in primary school constantly, strengthening the teachers’theory and knowledge learning on teaching reflection in primary school, improving the practice on teachers’teaching reflection in primary school, and cultivating the teaching reflection ability of primary school teacher.
