基于DSP的互感器校验仪设计及实现

摘要
随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,电力部门对电能计量装置准确性和稳定性提出了新的要求。而互感器(包括PT、CT)的误差是影响电能计量准确性的一个重要因素,因而对互感器进行检验,有重大的经济意义。现有的互感器校验仪存在稳定性差、示值缓慢、自动化程度低等问题,难以满足社会发展要求。随着计算机技术的发展,开发一种智能化、多功能的互感器校验仪成为可能。设计高性能的互感器检验仪和优化数据采样算法等一直以来都是电力系统自动化研究中备受关注的问题。
     本文应用DSP技术设计全新的互感器校验仪,大大提高了其集成度和校验数据的准确性和快速性。同时,对若干数据处理算法进行了比较分析,并应用于该系统,使得仪器的校验精度和效率得到进一步提高。经过对本项目的调研、设计和制作,取得了许多经验和教训,该仪器的雏形已基本形成。本文首先介绍了国内外互感器校验仪的发展现状,基于互感器校验仪的发展现状提出了改进的方法和本课题研究的主要内容,阐述了开发本课题的现实意义;接着介绍了互感器校验仪的测量原理,对互感器校验仪控制系统硬件进行了详细的设计:数字处理模块的设计、模拟板电路硬件设计和电磁兼容性设计。并对系统的硬件调试进行了总结;最后,分析比较了几种数据处理算法,并对算法进行了仿真,分析了算法对测量参数的影响,提出了用加窗的方法来消除算法对测量参数的影响。基本上形成了一套适合于互感器校验仪控制系统控制策略和算法。
With economic development and living level constantly raised, Electric department propose new requirement with accuracy and reliability of electric power record device, and the deflection of Transformer Calibrator is the main reason that affects the accuracy .the existing Transformer Calibrator cannot be satisfied with the request of the social development because of slow showing data, bad reliability, low automation and so on. With the development of computer, it is possible that develop a intelligent more functional Transformer Calibrator. So how to optimize data sampling and its algorithm receives much concern in studying Power system automation question all the time.
    A new Transformer Calibrator with DSP technique is designed by the paper, which improves the instrument integration, checkout accuracy and speediness. Meanwhile compacting and analyzing various algorithms that deal with mass datum, we gained a better precision and efficiency of the apparatus. In the midst of survey, design and implement in this project, we acquired a lot of lessons and experiences, but it is excited that the instruments have the rudiments due to ours efforts. Firstly, analyzes the theory of previous Transformer Calibrator, based on the theory of previous Transformer Calibrator, propose the improvement method and expound the reality meaning of studying the topic. Secondly introduces the measure theory of Transformer Calibrator, designs The Transformer Calibrator system of hardware control : digital disposal module design, module board design , the EMC design and summarizes the system of hardware debug. Finally, analyzes and compares various algorithms of data Processing, and the algorithm is
    emulated, study the effect which algorithm is to the measure parameters then expound algorithm which function added to window, use it to reduce the effect which algorithm is to the measure parameters.
