基于LOTUS DOMINO/NOTES的工作流模型的设计与实现

摘要
本文首先提出了国内近几年来办公自动化系统中存在的问题,重点分析了软件的模块复用性差这个问题。针对这个问题,本文提出可以建立一个工作流模型以解决。随后详细分析了在办公自动化系统中一个最主要的技术——实现信息流转的技术即工作流技术,探讨了工作流技术在办公自动化系统中的应用,继而结合办公自动化系统的特点,基于Lotus Domino,给出了这个通用的工作流模型,可以将应用逻辑或过程逻辑分离,将管理知识中有关过程的知识剥离出来。最后,介绍两个建立在此模型基础上的具体的办公自动化系统,论证这个工作流模型的可行性及优势。
     本文中提出的这个工作流模型支持不修改具体功能实现而只修改过程模型来改变系统功能。以这个工作流模型为基础进行设计的办公自动化系统灵活、易于维护和修改,具有更强的生命力。
     此外,本文还单独讨论了办公自动化系统的安全性设计。
This paper firstly brings forward some problems in existing OA systems of recent few years and mainly discusses the low software reusability in these systems. To solve this problem , the paper suggests to set up a workflow model. After the analysis of the most important technology in the OA system ---workflow technology, it discusses the implementation of workflow technology in OA system in detail. Then a general Workflow Model is given according to the features of the OA system based on Lotus Domino Which can separate the application logic or process logic from the whole system. Finally, it introduce two application systems designed based on the model to explain the feasibility and advantage of this workflow model.
    Using the workflow model given here, you can modify the procedure protocol only to change system function without modifying the implement of actual function. The OA systems designed based on this model are more flexible and easy to maintain or modify.
    In addition, it discusses the security design in OA system.
