岩舒注射液治疗老年癌症的疗效及作用机制

摘要
目的:观察岩舒注射液配合化疗治疗癌症的临床疗效,并观察其对于肿瘤细胞的
    体外杀伤率,及其对于肿瘤细胞周期、细胞凋亡率及相关基因表达的影响。方法:将
    60名老年癌症患者分为观察组40例,对照组20例。观察组采用岩舒注射液配合化
    疗,对照组采用常规化疗,观察两组临床疗效和毒副反应情况。实验选用HepG2及
    SGC7901细胞株,流式细胞仪检测岩舒注射液对于肿瘤细胞周期、凋亡率和bcl-2表
    达的影响。结果:临床研究发现,观察组有效率(CR+PR)为50. 0%,对照组有效率为
    40. 0%,两组间无显著差异(P>0. 05) 。观察组化疗后出现的毒副反应较对照组明显减
    轻(P<0. 05或0. 01) ,生活质量、生存期及疼痛缓解情况均优于对照组。两组治疗后
    T细胞亚群及NK细胞活性变化有显著性差异(P<0. 01) ;实验发现,岩舒注射液作用
    后的HepG2和SGC7901细胞体外存活率分别为72%和40%。流氏细胞仪检测发现,与
    对照组相比,岩舒注射液作用后的HepG2和SGC7901细胞,G0/G1期、G2/M期明显增
    高,S期的细胞数量明显减少,凋亡率明显高于对照组(P<0. 05) ,但bcl-2表达与
    对照组无明显差异。结论:临床发现,岩舒注射液能够降低化疗毒副反应,缓解疼痛,
    增强化疗疗效,改善生活质量,延长生存期,调节免疫是其作用机制之一。实验研究
    发现,岩舒注射液对于肿瘤细胞具有一定的杀伤力,可以将肿瘤细胞阻滞在G2期,
    减少细胞向M期的转化,并促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,其促进肿瘤细胞凋亡的作用与bcl-2
    基因表达无关。
Objective:To study the curative effect and mechanism of Yan Shu injector on treating malignancy of the older adult, and to observe the change of the kill rate, cell cycle and apoptosis of turner cell treated by Yan Shu injector in vitro.Methods:60 cases of malignancy were divided into observational group(40 cases) and control group(20 cases).The observational group were treated by Yan Shu Injector cooperated with chemical therapy; the control group were treated only by routine chemical therapy.Clinical effect and side effects of both group were studied. In experiment, to observe the kill rate by MTT, PI mono-staining were used to detect the change of cell cycle and apoptosis rate, fluorescence staining to detect the expression of bcl-2 of HepG2 and SGC7901. Results: Effective rate of observational group is 50 percent, while that is 40 percent of control group(P>0.05).Side effects after chemical therapy of observational group is much less than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).As to observational group, the quali
    ty of living, living time, the lenitive complexion and the immunologic indexes are all better than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).To HepG2 and SGC7901,the living rate is 72% and 40%,the cell quality in S phase decreased more than the control, but the expression of bcl-2 has little change. Conclusion: Yan Shu Injector can alleviate the side effects of chemical therapy, lentitude ache, strengthen the curative effect of chemical therapy, improve the quality of living, prolong living time.lt is the same with the sufferers of malignancy; regulation of immunity is one of it's functional mechanism. We also find that, to HepG2 and SGC7901, Yan Shu injector can kill them, arrest them in 62 phase, block the conversion to M phase, accelerate cell apoptosis which has no correlation with the expression of bcl-2.
