摘要
自古以来,人类一直渴求美好社会,在人类历史长河中也产生了各种理想社会的设想和理论。从孔子的以礼、仁建筑起的和睦有序社会到康有为的大同世界再延续到孙中山的天下为公都体现了人类对和谐的追求。自从中国共产党的诞生,人类向和谐社会前进的道路上迈进了一步。中国共产党是中国特色社会主义事业的领导者,是中国人民和中华民族的先锋队,代表了广大人民群众的根本利益,而和谐社会正是民心之所求。党的十六大报告提出了构建和谐社会的重要思想,十六届四中全会又从加强党的自身能力建设方面明确提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的新命题。这是以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央坚持把马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际相结合的重大的理论创新,是我们党在新的历史时期提出的政治诉求和社会任务,更是我们党全面推进中国特色社会主义事业的重大实践问题。
社会主义和谐社会的建设是党依据时代的要求,从全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业出发而提出的一项意义重大的任务,体现了建设富强、民主、文明、和谐的社会主义现代化国家的内在要求。加强党的建设是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要环节,和谐社会的形成又有利于党的自身建设,二者相辅相成,相互促进。本文先从社会主义和谐社会与党的建设是相互统一、内在相连出发,接着阐述了构建社会主义和谐社会理论的形成历程以及党在其中所做的贡献,从而针对和谐社会建设的需要以及党内存在的问题来加强改进党的建设,以此推动中国经济、政治、文化、社会的全面发展,加快和谐社会的建设,努力把我国建设成为富强、民主、文明、和谐的社会主义现代化国家,使人民群众共享建设成果。
本文在整个选题以及写作过程中,通过阅读有关党的建设与和谐社会方面的著作、进入学术期刊网检索相关的优秀论文和学术文章、登录相关的网站了解和谐理论的研究动态等来掌握与选题有关的文献资料,并深入理解构建社会主义和谐社会的重要性及其措施。本文以事实为依据,运用了文献分析、比较、归纳总结等方法来论述党的建设与社会主义和谐社会的建设。
本文的创新在于首先,本文比较系统地分析了社会主义和谐社会与加强党的建设是相互统一、内在相连,相辅相成。中国共产党是中国特色社会主义事业的领导者、组织者,构建社会主义和谐社会是我国特色社会主义事业的一部分,是全面建设小康社会的应有之义,党的建设与社会主义和谐社会的建设密切相容。其次,本文较清晰地论述了社会主义和谐社会思想的理论渊源,特别是马克思主义的和谐思想奠定的基础,以及新时期构建和谐社会与全面建设小康社会的内在关系。
Since ancient times, mankind has been craving a better society.In human history,we had all kinds of ideas and theories about ideal society.From Confucius’harmonious and orderly society above courtesy and benevolence to one world of Kang then extended to the Things For the People of Sun Yat-sen embodied the pursuit of harmony.Since the birth of the Communist Party of China, the human take a step to a more harmonious society .Communist Party of China is not only the leader of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also the vanguard of the Chinese people and the Nation and represents the fundamental interests of the masses.A harmonious society is what the people seek of.Party Congress report puts forward the important thinking of building a harmonious society.The Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth proposed a new proposition about building a harmonious socialist society from strengthening capacity of the Party itself .This is the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Hu Jintao as general secretary persisted the theoretical innovation about combining the basic principles of Marxism with the concrete realities of China.Our Party proposed political demands and the social tasks in the new historical period. And it is our Party’s significant practical issues about comprehensively promoting the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
Building a harmonious socialist society is a significant task that our Party raised based on times,building a well-off society and creating socialism with Chinese characteristics.It’s reflects the internal requirements about construction of a prosperous,democratic,civilized and harmonious, modern socialist country. First,in this article we start with a connection of a harmonious socialist society and the construction of the Party,then explaine the course of building a harmonious socialist society in which our Party contributed.We can improve the construction of our Party based on the needs of building a harmonious society and the problems which exist in the Party. So as to promote economic,political,cultural and social round development,accelerate the building of a harmonious society,and strive to build China into a prosperous, democratic, civilized and harmonious modern socialist country, so that the people can share the fruits of construction.To achieve social harmony and build a better society has been the cause that Communist Party of China is struggling.Communist Party of China takes the people’interests as the fundamental starting point.Strengthening Party building is an important part of a harmonious socialist society.The formation of a harmonious society helps the Party’s self-construction.They complement each other.

Communist Party of China is not only the leader but also the organizer of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Building a harmonious socialist society is a part of the cause of socialism in China.It reflects the construction of the well-off society.Party building and the building of a harmonious socialist society are closely compatible.Secondly,this article clearly discusses theoretical origin of the harmonious socialist society ,especially the Marxist ideology of harmony lay the foundation and the internal relations between the building of a harmonious socialist society and construction of the well-off society in the new period.
