基于知识资本放大原理的咨询项目知识共享路径研究

摘要
本文以提供知识服务为本质的咨询项目为研究对象、引入知识共享解决项目知识孤岛为主线,以最终达到改善咨询项目的管理绩效和提高组织的竞争优势为目的。通过总结、分析国内外有关的理论成果,应用经济学和管理学的方法,侧重对比分析、归纳分析、经验分析和实证分析的方法,总结了知识共享和知识资本的关系,讨论了知识共享与人力资本、关系资本、结构资本的影响,构建了知识共享绩效评价指标,应用数学模型,对共享绩效进行测度,以此对共享路径改进提供支持。
     本文得出的主要结论是:咨询企业需要从微观项目入手,重视知识资本的微观积累,才能更好地做好项目的知识共享,提升项目的管理绩效,形成组织知识资本的放大;知识资本与知识共享关系密切,其三个构成——人力资本、关系资本、结构资本可分别界定为知识共享的“主力”、“动力”、“场力”;异质性的项目人力资本扩大需要个体间和团队间、组织的知识共享,共享路径有基于人力资本的项目推动型知识资本扩大吧和项目拉动型知识资本扩大吧;信任和合作促进了基于市场-资源的项目知识供应链的形成;采用问卷调查和文献整理相结合的方式,构建出知识共享绩效的评价指标,应用D-S证据合成方法计算指标权重,最终对项目的知识共享进行综合评价。
     知识资本的研究是近年来国内外的一个研究热点问题。本文将知识共享立足于知识资本的平台,从知识共享入手,注重咨询项目的特性,理论与实践结合,把项目层次的知识共享和知识资本结合起来,论文对于提高咨询项目的管理绩效、提升组织的竞争优势具有重要的理论和实践意义。
Engineering consulting projects is researched in the thesis aiming at providing knowledge services and solving project knowledge island by introducing knowledge sharing, thus to improve the management performance of the project and enhance the organization's competition advantage. It reviews related theories in China and abroad, applies economics and management methods, especially adopts comparison analysis, induction analysis, experience and experimental analysis. The relationship is found out between knowledge sharing and knowledge capital, and the influence is discussed of knowledge sharing to human capital, relation capital, and structure capital, therefore it builds up evaluating-indicators of knowledge sharing performance. Furthermore, the use of mathematics module measures the evaluating-indicator to support the improvement plan of sharing path.
     The main conclusion drawn from this paper: the precondition of improving project management performance and thus to enlarge organizational knowledge capital is starting from micro-projects, and focus on accumulation of knowledge capital. A line connecting tightly knowledge capital and knowledge sharing is that three main parts of knowledge capital - human capital, relationship capital, and structure capital - could relatively be defined as three pushes coexisting in knowledge sharing: main power, force power, and circumstance power. To enlarge the different human capital needs knowledge sharing between all individuals and their group or organization, so there are two kinds of knowledge capital enlarged knowledge-ba named project push and project pull. Trust and cooperation put forward to a formulation of knowledge supply chain based on the integration of market and resource. Performance indicators evaluating knowledge sharing are resulted from collaborating questionnaire investigation and theories collection. Furtherly, D-S evidence synthesis methods is applied to calculate indicator weight, and then finalizes the evaluation of knowledge sharing in the project.
     In recent years, knowledge capital becomes the focus of research in China and abroad. Based on platform of knowledge capital & paid attention to the characteristics of project, it combines consulting projects knowledge-sharing with knowledge capital through the combination of theory and practice, so it have important theoretical and practical significance to improve project management performance and enhance the competitive advantage of organizations.
