轿车轮毂制造信息集成技术研究及软件开发

摘要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,在制造业信息化进程中,CIMS、MIS、MRPⅡ、ERP等信息化系统的应用越来越广泛,制造业对制造信息集成的需求越来越迫切,尤其是中小型零部件专业化制造企业。所以针对其产品制造信息集成的需求,建立制造信息集成的结构模型,并开发原型系统软件,具有重要理论意义与实用价值。
    本文首先分析了当前国内外相关系统软件开发与应用的现状,根据中小型专业化制造企业的需求,以轮毂制造企业的产品制造信息集成为原型,提出制造信息集成的架构模型。以实现轮毂制造信息集成为目的,在分析轮毂生产工艺流程的基础上,设计了轮毂制造信息集成的信息关联模型,并给出了基于B/S开发模式的制造信息集成系统的功能结构。论文针对轮毂的生产工艺流程,从集成化开发体系模型建立、制造信息集成化管理系统的实现方法及相关关键技术到软件编写进行了系统的研究。并开发了应用系统软件,该系统具有实用性强、扩展性好、维护简单等特点。
    本文建立了基于轮毂这一典型产品的制造信息系统,将为制造业同类产品的制造信息实现制造流程信息化管理,特别对于中小型零部件制造业的生产信息管理,提供新的解决方案和应用参考。
With the fierce development of information technology, more and more manufacturing use the information system such as CIMS, MIS, MRPⅡ, ERP, especially medium and small-sized parts specialization manufacturing, which demand integrated manufacturing information urgently. So it’s of great significance that establish structure model of integrated manufacturing information and develop prototype system software, aiming at the demand of its manufacturing information integrating.
    In this article, the current-international development and application condition of related system software is analyzed firstly. According to the demands of medium and small-sized specialization manufacturing, basing on the structure of wheel manufacturing, the structure model of integrated manufacturing information is put forward. To realize the goal of wheel manufacturing information, the system function structure basing on the B/S module is presented, and the model of information relation is put forward, which are based on the technological process of wheel. Aiming at the technological process, the system development module, realizing method, the key technique and procedure compiling are studied systematically in the paper. The application software is developed and used effectively, which has the character of high-practicability, fine-augmentability and simple maintenance.
    The system established in this paper will offer the new method and reference for realizing manufacturing information management in the like product of manufacturing, especially the manufacturing information management of medium and small-sized parts enterprises.
