GTP协议解析系统的实现与应用

摘要
移动通信领域中,随着GPRS网络业务发展迅速,移动互联网用户数也在逐年增加,这使得运营商需要投入更多的精力和资金到移动数据网络建设中来。作为由2G网络向3G网络演进的过渡方案,GPRS的网络安全和性能受到越来越多的重视,各大运营商纷纷要求对网络数据进行有效监测,以达到对移动数据网络进行维护和优化的目的。通过建立起可靠的网络监测系统,能够对移动互联网数据进行准确采集和后续分析,得出所维护的区域内用户上网行为规律以及网络的环境质量等参数,进而为提升网络服务质量提供可靠支撑。另外,通过建立完善的网络监测系统,还能够在满足用户对无线接入服务需求的同时充分挖掘用户的业务喜好,从而为客户提供更优质的服务和更精确的营销战略,最终提高自身的效益,达到与移动互联网用户双赢的目的,从而促进我国移动通信产业更加快速地发展。
     本文首先阐述了信令监测的重要性,接着介绍了GPRS隧道协议的相关内容,在了解GTP协议的功能特点后,提出了针对该协议进行解析的信令监测系统实现方案。其次介绍了GTP协议解析系统的部署环境、系统各个模块的详细设计思路、以及系统的话单记录输出等等。通过在GPRS网络的Gn接口部署协议解析系统,本文获得了所监控区域各种维度的大量统计记录,通过对这些数据进行统计分析,本文研究了移动互联网用户的人数随时间分布、用户的上下线人数随时间分布、用户的在线时长分布等规律,同时还研究了网络的环境质量,如PDP激活成功率、拒绝原因和网络时延等环境质量参数,这为运营商的网络优化进一步决策提供了良好的数据依据。最后,本文对所研究的内容进行了总结和展望。
With the rapid development of GPRS network services, the mobile internet users are increasing year by year, this pushes the GPRS network operators to put much more energy and investment into the building of network constructions. As a transition solution for the evolution from2G to3Q the security and performance of GPRS network have paid more and more attentions.
     In order to maintain and optimize the mobile network, many operators are eagerly required to do the monitoring and analyzing network data more effectively. Once the operators have established a reliable network monitoring system, it is not only convenient to achieve the accurate collections of the data on mobile internet, but also valuable to help operators finding out the law of mobile users'behavior, analyzing the qualities parameters of current network, and finally enhance the quality of network service. In addition, through the establishment of comprehensive network monitoring system, operators are not only able to meet the customers' demand for wireless access services, but also can fully tap the service preferences of the mobile user. So better service can be provided for customers, and more valuable marketing strategies can be used by operators. With the long-term existence of win-win situation that the service provider are continuing improving their profits while the mobile users are enjoying much better service, there will be much more rapid development of the mobile communications industry in China.
     This thesis mainly discusses the implementation and the application of a monitoring system which based on the GTP protocol analysis. Firstly, the importance of signal data monitoring is emphasized, and then the GPRS network architecture and its protocols are also described. In second part of this article, a detailed discussion on GTP protocol is given, after that, the solution based on analyzing the GTP control plane protocol are presented. In third part of this article, the details of the implementation of each module in system is described, the system is deployed in the Gn interface of GPRS network and have collected a large amount of data of mobile users. Through statistical analysis of this data, several laws of mobile user's session distribution and the module of session durations are found. In addition, the quality of network was also discussed by presenting many detailed pictures. Finally, a summary and outlook on the monitoring in GPRS network is presented.
