钢铁企业基于信息化条件下的交期应答研究及系统应用

摘要
本文在对传统钢铁企业生产管理体系和信息化应用研究的基础上,将信息化、准时制生产和缩短交货期为目的思想结合起来,提出了基于信息化条件的按合同组织生产管理框架和总体方案,针对钢铁企业的行业特点和钢铁生产管理中面临的问题,从信息化层面分析并总结了钢铁企业交期应答的两个核心问题,提出基于准时供货理念的交期应答数学模型,并将该模型的求解策略进行详细分解,进行具体的算法设计、流程设计及算法分析。本文以现代生产运作管理理论为基础,结合重钢企业实际,从客户需求、交期管理、生产计划、信息化实施策略几个主要方面进行生产管理系统的管理体系设计。从生产管理整体推进的角度综合考虑企业推行的实施原则和基础条件,充分利用企业现有资源,保证生产管理系统的平稳推进和实施。
In this paper, on the basis research of the information the traditional iron and steel enterprises production management system and the application of information technology, combining the information, JIT production and shorten the delivery theory the author presented the production management framework and overall program based on the conditions of the contract. For the steel companies’industry characteristics and the problems existing in production management, from the level of information analysis and summarizes the response of the steel companies to pay two core issues of the proposed concept based on supplier delivery time response model. The solution strategy of this model was detailed decomposed, the specific algorithm design, process design and algorithm analysis. On the basis of modern production operation and management theory, the paper combined with the actual weight of steel companies, from customer demand, delivery, management, production planning, information technology strategy of several major aspects of the implementation of production management system, management system design. Production management from the perspective of the overall advancement of the implementation of comprehensive consideration of the implementation of business principles and basic conditions, take advantage of existing enterprise resources, production management systems to ensure the smooth promotion and implementation.
