打印机彩色特性自动检测

摘要
打印机彩色特性检测是与设备无关色彩管理的一个重要组成部分。针对传统打印机彩色特性检测效率低、自动化程度不高等缺点,提出一种基于3-CCD扫描仪的打印机彩色特性自动检测方法。
     本文着重讨论了用3-CCD扫描仪代替分光色度仪的可行性,分析了检测误差产生的原因,对多项式回归校正方法进行了实验研究,在对用原校正靶对扫描仪校正的实验结果进行分析的基础上,改进了校正靶的生成方法,对分区域校正方法进行实验研究,最后给出了实验结果。实验结果表明,改进的校正方法进一步提高了扫描仪校正的精度,且满足了打印机彩色特性自动检测的精度要求,有效地提高了打印机彩色特性检测地可靠性及自动化水平。
Detecting of the printer's characteristics plays an important role in Color Management System (CMS). In viewing of the disadvantages that printer's color characteristics can not be measured automatically and the low efficiency of the measuring method at present,3-CCD-based measuring technique is proposed.
    The feasibility of using CCD-scanner substitute spectrophotometer is discussed. The error of colorimetric measurement using CCD-scanner is studied. The calibration methods using polynomial regression are implemented. After analyzing the results of experiment using present scanner-calibration method, an advanced calibration target is acquired. At last the result of the experiments are given. The results indicate that the advanced scanner-calibration method not only improve the precision of scanner-calibration more, but also efficiently improve the reliability and the automation in detecting the printer's color characteristics meeting the demand of precision.
