基础教育中生涯发展课程设计研究

摘要
生涯是个人一生职业、休闲、社会与人际关系的总称,是一个人的终身发展历程中的个人适应、社会适应和职业适应。它强调的是个体生涯知识、技能及观念的获得与发展,并在此基础上走向生涯成熟。许多的生涯发展研究者都认为,在生涯的终身发展过程中,基础教育阶段有着自己独特的特点和发展任务。因此,生涯发展课程应该在基础教育课程中占据应有的一席之地。生涯发展课程设计自然成为研究的着力点。
     第一章:导论:研究的缘起及基本思维线路。主要讨论了本研究的研究背景、研究目的及设想,并对本研究要解决的主要问题进行了梳理。
     第二章:基础教育中生涯发展课程设计研究的基本概念。首先解读了生涯发展课程、生涯发展课程设计的基本概念,并分析了生涯发展课程的属性、生涯发展课程与基础教育相融合的必要性及其设计与实施的必要性,进而提出基础教育中生涯发展课程设计关注的五个基本问题。
     第三章:基础教育中生涯发展课程设计理念与基本原则。基于第一章对生涯发展课程属性的深层分析,进一步探究生涯发展课程设计的理论基础,客观地分析了生涯发展课程设计的理念与基本原则,为生涯发展课程设计奠定了方法论基础。
     第四章:基础教育中生涯发展课程设计的实践策略。本章基于生涯发展课程设计的理论基础,对课程目标的确立、课程内容的选择、课程的组织、课程的实施、课程的评价等课程设计所应关注的五个基本问题作了阐释,并对基础教育中生涯发展课程设计作了尝试性的探讨。
     第五章:基础教育中生涯发展课程设计方法探究。在本章,笔者探究了单元设计、主题系列设计和融入式设计等三种主要设计方法,并具体阐明融入式设计的步骤,进而对该设计样例的合理性与可能的困境进行了讨论,最后提出研究者的建议与期待。
     结束语:对本研究取得的初步结论作了总结,明确了存在的问题与不足,并确立了进一步努力的方向。
Career is the general concept of vocation, leisure, society and personal relationship of a man’s whole lifetime, which refers to individual adaptation, social adaptation and vocational adaptation during the developmental course of the man’s whole lifetime. It emphasize三the gain and development of the individual career knowledge, skills and ideas, then, he can be on the way to career mature based on them. Many career development researchers consider that the stage of elementary education holds it’s own especial characters and developmental task during the developmental course of career’s whole life. Therefore, the career development curricula should play an essential role in the elementary education curricula. Curriculum design of career development naturally becomes the research focus.
     Chapter One: general introduction: the research cause and basic thought routine. In this chapter, the author mainly analyzes the research background, purpose and assumption as well as the main issue what this dissertation does with .
     Chapter Two: the basic concepts of curriculum design of career development in elementary education. Firstly, the concepts of career development curriculum and curriculum design of career development are illustrated. Then the essence of the concepts and their characteristics are analyzed. Finally, the author puts forward the basic problems that deserve further attention in the curriculum design of career development.
     Chapter Three: the idea and basic principles of the curriculum design for career development in elementary education. Based on the deep analysis of the essence of the concepts and their characteristics , this chapter objectively analyze the idea and basic principles of curriculum design of career development and provides the pedagogical foundation of the curriculum design of career development.
     Chapter Four: the practical strategies of curriculum design of career development in elementary education. Depending on the basic concepts and the basic principles, the author expounds and makes a trial exploration into the five basic problems in the curriculum design, namely, the aim of curriculum, the choice and organization of curriculum’s content, the enforcement of curriculum and the evaluation of curriculum.
     Chapter Five: design approaches to curriculum of career development. This chapter mainly interprets the three approaches of curriculum of career development, in particular, the design procedure and steps of infusion curriculum of career development. To have carried on the discussion to this design sample’s rationality and the possible difficulties, finally puts forward the researcher's proposal and anticipation.
     The Ending: The author draws conclusion in this part, points out the inadequacy of the research and the further research fields.
