“破坏性创新”在电器制造业中的策略研究和案例分析

摘要
企业在市场上的竞争力很大程度上取决于企业的经营理念,在一个格局多元化且竞争异常激烈的行业中,经营理念的科学性,先进性极大的影响着企业在该行业中的地位和生存能力,因此清楚的分析行业特征,正确审视行业现状和对企业进行准确定位,对采用适合和有利于长远发展的经营理念将显得异常重要。
     当前电器制造业行业格局复杂,行业中的中小型企业还受到外资品牌对其市场的不断挤压与吞噬,中小型企业生存现状不容乐观。如何为电器制造业中小型企业寻找一条长远发展之路,成为本文的主要研究对象。
     电器制造业行业格局多样化,除高压电器市场竞争力环境相对较低以外,中低压产品的市场竞争相当激烈,一定程度上影响了部分中小型企业的生存。本文通过对电器制造业面临的国家宏观发展机遇和具体的行业特点分析,对照破坏性创新理论,结合在电器制造业多年的实践经验,得出了采用破坏性创新理论可有效的提升中小型企业的市场竞争力,其中,中小型企业以推进应用破坏性创新理论为契机,识别企业自身存在的问题和运用破坏性创新所面临的风险;大型国有企业可通过对破坏性创新与电器制造业之间的关系分析,找到保护自身市场不被侵蚀的方法和策略。针对中小型企业在电器制造业中面临的生存危机,本文创新性的提出了八大应用破坏性创新的策略,使电器制造业中小型企业采用“破坏性创新”的经营理念以应对生存环境和日益恶化的市场格局,并且通过一系列的分析得出:采用“破坏性创新”不但有利于中小型企业走出困境,更有利于行业对自身民族品牌和民族企业的保护,有利于行业经济有序和安全的发展。
     本人在进行策略分析和案例分析过程中,广泛的收集行业信息、分析数据并结合破坏性创新的理论背景,提出了企业应用破坏性创新应采取的一系列策略。最后通过对正泰集团和ABB的实际案例分析,验证了应用策略的可行性和正确性。
The competitive power of enterprise in market depends greatly on the business philosophy.
     The market position and survival capacity of enterprise are largely determined by the scientificity and advancement of business philosophy in multiplex pattern industry with fierce competition. Therefore, identifying the industry character, performing positional analysis and adopting suitable and long-term developing business philosophy becomes more important than ever.
     At present, the pattern of electrical industry is complex and small enterprises are under great competitive pressure from joint-ventures invested by foreign-owned company. This thesis focuses on how to keep sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
     This thesis emphases how to cope with the worsening market and fierce competition with the destructive Innovation as business philosophy based on analysis of electrical industry and years of experience. Adopting the Destructive Innovation philosophy can be beneficial to the protection of national brand and enterprises as well as economic security and development through a series of analysis.
     This thesis presents some strategies with Destructive Innovation philosophy through tactics and case studies with comprehensive research on industry information, data and innovative philosophy backgrounder. Finally, the feasibility and importance of these strategies are demonstrated with case studies about Cheng Tai group and ABB company.
