摘要
企业资源计划(ERP,Enterprise Resources Planning)是面向供应链管理的现代企业管理思想和方法。它已普遍为西方发达国家的企业所运用,而且成效很大。进入2002年,我国以市场化为导向的电力体制改革开始起步,伴随着电力体制改革的历程迎来了电力公司信息化的跨越式发展。国家电网公司决定在全系统实施信息化“SG186”工程(电力ERP系统),以实现“一强三优”整体战略,建设成为国际级大企业。AY供电公司作为国家电网系统的河南省电力公司的全资子公司,也是实施信息化“SG186”工程重要的市级供电公司。因此,AY供电公司成功实施电力ERP项目意义十分重大,关系到整个国家电网公司系统实施信息化战略的整体效果。
本文从应用研究的角度,运用ERP理论,ERP实施理论和项目管理的理论和方法,对AY供电公司实施ERP的具体环境具体问题进行分析和研究,为AY供电公司成功实施ERP提供了系统的思路和方法。首先,介绍了AY供电公司的基本情况,对公司信息化现状和需求进行了分析。其次,围绕AY供电公司ERP项目实施的过程,对ERP项目实施的项目组织设计、项目计划订立、项目实施过程的各个阶段进行了全面系统的分析和论述,并提出问题的解决方法,给出一个ERP项目实施的系统思路和方法,形成了一套完整系统实施ERP项目的方案。最后,对AY供电公司的电力ERP项目实施过程中产生的风险进行了全面系统的分析。运用项目管理中的风险管理办法,针对具体的各个层次的风险,提出了风险管理的解决方案。希望本文对国家电网公司系统正在实施和即将实施ERP项目的各级电力企业在项目的实施管理方面有很实用的借鉴和指导价值,对研究电力ERP项目实施的机构和企业有积极的参考价值。
ERP,Enterprise Resources Planning is the modern enterprise management concept and method that deal with the supply chain management.It has been widely applied to enterprises in western countries with conspicuous effects.Since 2002,our country has launched a market-orientating electric power system reformation which heralds the fast development of electric power companies' informationalization.The State Grid decided to execute the information-based project,"SG186" in the whole system of the company(Electric Power EPR) to realize whole strategy of "The one powerful and three superior" and make it an internationalized powerful enterprise.As a solely owned branch company of HeNan electric power company in the system of State Grid,AY electric power company is an important city-level cite to enforce the information-based project "SG186".Therefore,AY electric company's successful execution of EPR project is significant,highly relating to the integrated effect of information-based strategy in the system of State Grid.
Based on EPR theory,EPR execution theory and theory of project management,the thesis analyzes specific situational problems of AY electric company' implementation of EPR from the perspective of applied research.First,centering on the process how AY electric company carry out the electric power ERP project,the thesis makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the content and flow of each phrase,thus raise solutions to solve problems,provides systematic methods for implementing the Electric Power ERP project and forms a comprehensive and systematic formula to execute the ERP project.Then,the thesis also thoroughly and systematically analyzes risks in the implementing process of the ERP project.Through the methods of risk management in project management,it proposes solutions for risk management for specific risks in different phrases.With efforts,the thesis aims to make contributions to the ERP project being and to be executed in electric power companies of the State Grid system,and provide reference for agencies and enterprises that research on ERP implementation
