摘要
2008年1月,胡锦涛总书记在安徽视察时,对安徽的发展提出了明确的定位,并第一次明确提出了“泛长三角”的概念。一个“泛”字,将晥籍上市公司带入了一种新的发展环境,机不可失,失不再来,安徽的上市公司必须在泛长三角环境中抢抓机遇,迎接挑战。
本文采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的做法。首先介绍了晥籍上市公司与长三角上市公司的基本概况,指出晥籍上市公司存在的问题和不足,强调了长三角城市群在国内外的重要地位;其次对晥籍上市公司与长三角上市公司在行业数量、十大竞争力产业、融资状况、创业板等方面的情况进行了分析比较;再次着重用主成分分析法对晥籍上市公司与长三角上市公司的财务指标进行了实证研究分析,最后对晥籍上市公司与长三角上市公司进行了综合评价。
本文根据对晥籍上市公司与长三角上市公司的分析比较及综合评价,指出晥籍上市公司与长三角上市公司之间存在的差距,突出了泛长三角环境中晥籍上市公司的发展具体有哪些机遇与挑战,并提出一些具有针对性的对策和建议。
文章最后在结论中指出:泛长三角环境将安徽省上市公司与长三角上市公司融为一体,在这样的大环境中,晥籍上市公司迎来了巨大的发展机遇,同时要面对来自各方面的挑战。不过,泛长三角环境给晥籍上市公司带来的机遇总是多于挑战,当前最主要的工作是:晥籍上市公司需要充分把握泛长三角的机遇,发展自己,冷静沉着地接受各方面挑战。
In January 2008, president Hu Jintao put forward a clear position about Anhui's development when he inspected Anhui province, and for the first time clearly stated the concept of the Pan-Yangtze River Delta. A“Pan”, which would bring listed companies of Anhui province into a new development environment, missed, missed, would never come. Listed companies of Anhui province must grasp the opportunities and meet the challenges with the Pan reference to the Yangtze River Delta.
This paper used the method of a combination about theoretical analysis and empirical study. Firstly, this paper introduced the basic profiles of the listed companies of Anhui province and the Yangtze River Delta, pointed out the problems and shortages of the listed companies of Anhui province, stressed the important role of the Yangtze River Delta city group at home and abroad. Secondly, analyzed and compared the industry number, ten competitive industries, financing conditions, the GEM etc. of the listed companies of Anhui province and the Yangtze River Delta. Thirdly, this paper mainly gave an empirical research on the financial indicators of the listed companies of Anhui province and the Yangtze River Delta by principal component analysis. Ultimately, this paper gave a comprehensive evaluation of the listed companies of Anhui province and the Yangtze River Delta.
Based on the analysis and comparison of listed companies of Anhui province and the Yangtze River Delta and the comprehensive evaluation, this paper pointed out the gap between listed companies of Anhui province and the Yangtze River Delta, highlighted the opportunities and challenges of development of the Anhui province’s listed companies with the Pan reference to the Yangtze River Delta, and proposed some specific measures and suggestions.
This paper finally concluded that: the Pan-Yangtze River Delta environment will bring the listed companies of Anhui province and the Yangtze River Delta together, in such a large environment, the listed companies of Anhui province will get a great development opportunities and face all kinds of challenges. However, there are always more opportunities than challenges to the listed companies of Anhui province with the Pan reference to the Yangtze River Delta. Now, the most important work is: listed companies of Anhui province need to take full advantage of the opportunity of the Pan reference to the Yangtze River Delta to develop themselves, and accept all kinds of challenges calmly.
