基于地理配准的设计图辅助森林资源“一张图”更新方法研究

摘要
本文介绍了目前辽宁省森林资源"一张图"年度更新工作中因因坐标系不一致等导致的森林经营资料无法利用问题,创新提出了基于地理配准的设计辅助开展森林资源年度更新的解决方法。通过辽宁实践证明,该方法能够准确地将扫描的设计图配准到正确位置,并且十分准确和高效。这种创新方法对于其他省份的类似问题具有很实际的借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the problem that forest management data can not be utilized due to the inconsistency of coordinate system in the annual renewal of "one map" of forest resources in Liaoning Province. The solution to carry out the annual renewal of forest resources based on the design of geographical registration was put forward. The practice in Liaoning Province proves that this method can accurately register the scanned design drawings to the correct position, and is very accurate and efficient, which can be of great significance to other provinces with similar problems.
