摘要
利用SBM模型、ML指数评价长江经济带新型城镇化环境绩效。结论表明:2008—2017年,长江经济带新型城镇化环境绩效总体无效,区域间的发展有差距;新型城镇化环境绩效总体走势相对平稳,没有太大波动;全要素生产率的改善主要因为技术效率的提升,技术进步指数偏低但呈上升趋势。由此提出优化空间格局、促进高新技术产业发展以及各省市间协同发展等相关建议。
        The SBM model and ML index were used to evaluate the environmental performance of the new urbanization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The results showed that the environmental performance of the new urbanization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2008 to 2017 was generally ineffective and there was a gap between regions. The overall trend of environmental performance of new urbanization was relatively stable and didn't fluctuate much.The improvement of total factor productivity was mainly due to the improvement of technical efficiency. The index of technical progress was low but on the rise. Finally, some suggestions were given, such as optimizing the spatial pattern, promoting the development of high-tech industries and the coordinated development between provinces and cities.
