实践教学课程中过程考核的制订方案及优化策略探讨

摘要
本文以能源与动力工程专业卓越工程师班实习实践课程为例,介绍了如何通过深化及细化实习中过程考核环节,从而实现实习管理有效化以及实习效果最优化的理论依据、现实需要和具体举措。深化细化后的过程考核方案的执行,具体解决了学生实践参与深度不够、实习成绩给定依据单一且主观化高以及实习内容同理论课程教学内容联系性低等问题,做到了全程监管和评定学生实习情况,并获得学生的动态实时反馈,以保证实习整体过程的流畅高效进行。以过程考核为引导的大学生实习的开展做到了实习工作的规范化和模块化,避免了因教学环境脱离校园造成的教学工作低效紊乱等问题。
        In this paper, taking the practice course of excellent engineer class of energy and power engineering as an example,this paper introduces how to deepen and refine the assessment process of practice, so as to realize the theoretical basis, practical needs and specific measures for effective practice management and optimization of practice effect. Deepen the refinement process after the inspection plan execution, solved the students practice in depth, practice results given on the basis of a single and subjective change high and practice with theory teaching content item low, did it constantly monitor and assess student internships, and obtain the dynamic real-time feedback of the student, to ensure the smooth efficient practice whole process. Under the guidance of process assessment, the practice of college students achieves the standardization and modularization of practice work and avoids the problems of low efficiency and disorder of teaching work caused by the separation of teaching environment from campus.
