摘要
为减少大规模煤矿开发对环境的影响,矿区总体规划在编制过程中需要同步开展规划环评,对矿区的布局、规模、结构、建设时序等提出优化调整建议。白杨河矿区地处新疆准噶尔盆地西北边缘绿洲区,该区域生态系统相对脆弱和敏感,其沿白杨河河谷遍布的天然林和公益林对维系区域生态系统安全有着至关重要的作用。通过矿区典型煤矿采煤沉陷影响预测,重点分析矿区煤炭开采对流域地下水系统和生态系统的影响,从而提出降低开发规模、暂不开发9个矿井等优化调整建议,为政府管理部门提供决策依据。
        To alleviate the impact of large-scale coal mine development on the environment,planning EIA should be carried out synchronously in the process of compiling the overall plan of mining area.Suggestions for optimizing and adjusting the layout,scale,structure and construction sequence of mining areas are put forward.Baiyanghe Mining Area is located in the oasis area on the northwest edge of Junggar basin in Xinjiang,The region's ecosystem is relatively fragile and sensitive,The natural forests and public welfare forests scattered along the Alamo River valley play a vital role in maintaining regional ecosystem security.Based on the prediction of the impact of coal mining subsidence in typical coal mines in the mining area,the auhtor focuses on the analysis of the impact of coal mining in mining areas on the groundwater system and ecosystem in the basin,puts forward some suggestions on optimizing and adjusting such as reducing development scale and not developing 9 mines,which can provide an important basis for decision making of government administrations.
