摘要
随着经济的不断发展与繁荣,为满足人们日益增长的电力需求,我国大力兴建或规划水利水电建设项目。水利水电建设对社会发展起着积极的促进作用,给人们生活带来诸多便利,但同时也在一定程度上对区域环境造成了破坏。随着水利水电建设步伐的不断加快,其对环境的负面影响也日趋严重。在水利水电建设过程中,如果不及时处理好其带来的负面影响,势必会阻碍我国未来的经济发展,也难以实现人与自然和谐共生发展的目标。
        With the continuous development and prosperity of the economy, in order to meet people's growing power demand, China has vigorously built or planned water conservancy and hydropower construction projects. Water conservancy and hydropower construction plays an important and positive role in promoting social development, bringing convenience to people's lives, but at the same time causing damage to the regional environment to a certain extent. With the accelerating pace of water conservancy and hydropower construction, its negative impact on the environment has become increasingly serious. In the process of water conservancy and hydropower construction, if the negative impacts caused by it are not handled in time, it will inevitably hinder China's future economic development, and it is also difficult to achieve the goal of harmonious development of human and nature.
