摘要

本文从水利工程现状、水生态管理、治水主要矛盾等方面分析了强化水生态环境建设的必要性,总结了在推进水生态环境建设中的主要做法,从水利工程生态体系建设、生态监管、水资源保护、城市水生态等方面阐述了所取得的成效,以期对打造"水清、渠畅、岸美"生态四干渠提供参考。
        This paper analyzes the necessity of strengthening the construction of water ecological environment from the current situation of water conservancy projects, water ecological management and main contradictions of water control, summarizes the main practices in promoting the construction of water ecological environment, and expounds the achievements from the aspects of water ecological system construction, ecological supervision, water resources protection and urban water ecology, so as to provide reference for the construction of ecological 4~(th) main canal with "clear water, smooth canals and beautiful banks".
