无锡市水生态文明城市建设试点的实践与思考

摘要
2013年7月,无锡市被水利部列入全国首批水生态文明建设试点城市,2017年7月江苏省无锡市顺利通过了水利部和江苏省政府联合主持的水生态文明城市建设试点验收。无锡市在城市创建工作中坚持以太湖治理为统领,努力建设安全集约的水资源体系、健康畅达的水环境体系、和谐秀美的水生态体系、严格现代的水管理体系、彰显特色的水文化体系,走出了一条具有无锡特色的水生态文明城市建设道路。本文详细介绍了无锡市在此次创建中的目标任务、具体措施、建设成效,以及取得的成绩和经验,以期为其他地区水生态文明城市建设工作提供借鉴。
On July in 2013, Wuxi has been listed by the Ministry of Water Resources as the first batch of pilot cities for water ecological civilization construction. Jiangsu Wuxi successfully passed the pilot acceptance of water ecological civilization construction jointly hosted by the Ministry of Water Resources and Jiangsu Provincial Government. Wuxi insisted on taking Taihu Lake management as the guide in its urban construction work, and strives to build a safe and intensive water resources system, a healthy and accessible water environment system, a harmonious and beautiful water ecosystem, a strict and modern water management system, and a water culture system with outstanding characteristics, thus stepping out of a road of water ecological civilization city construction with Wuxi characteristics. This paper introduces the objectives, tasks, specific measures, construction results, achievements and experiences of Wuxi city in the process of its establishment, so as to provide reference for the construction of water ecological civilized cities in other regions.
