我国环境监测方法标准体系现状及完善建议

摘要
对环境监测在环境管理工作中的重要性进行了论述,总结了我国环境监测方法标准体系的现状,并指出该体系存在的各环境要素分布不均衡、体系涵盖的范围不够完善有待扩展、监测方法适用性和系统性有所欠缺、制修订工作的研究基础需进一步强化等问题,提出了做好标准体系的顶层设计工作、加强与其他环保标准的衔接、提高方法标准的适用性、加强监测方法标准体系建设前瞻性的完善建议。
The importance of environmental monitoring is discussed in this paper. The problemsthatenvironmental monitoring method standard systemof uneven distribution of environmental elements, imperfection of coverage, lack of applicability and systematicness, research of revision need to be strengthened,are summarized.Finally, the improvement suggestion including improving the top-level design, enhancing the connection to other environmental protection standard, increasing the applicability of environmental monitoring method, strengthening the perspectiveness during the construction of monitoring method standard system, are proposed.
