论习近平生态文明思想的生成逻辑、实践创新和价值意蕴

摘要
习近平生态文明思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分之一,是关于建设新时代社会主义生态文明的重要指导思想,它在遵从自身的历史进程、理论继承和现实应对等三个层面的基础上形成内在的生成逻辑;在立足于党情、国情和世情的背景下,于实践探索中不断创新和发展;并牢牢把握以"两山论"为价值指向,以"生态兴则文明兴"为价值范式、以"工业文明转向生态文明"为价值诉求,始终贯穿"人与自然和谐相处"的价值主题,促使生态环境与经济发展形成良性互动,从而显示其意义深远、内涵深刻的价值意蕴。
Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought is one of the important components of Xi Jinping's socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and serves as an important guiding thought for building a new era of socialist ecological civilization. Basing on the three levels of following its own historical process, theoretical inheritance and realistic response, Xi's ecological civilization thought has formed its internal generation logic. Considering the communist party's conditions, national realities and the international environment, this thought constantly innovates and develops itself in practice and exploration. It also firmly grasps the value theme which takes "the theory of two mountains" as the value orientation, "ecological development will bring the prosperity of civilization" as the value paradigm, "converting industrial civilization to ecological civilization" as the value appeal and always carries out the idea of "harmony between man and nature". This will promote the positive interaction between ecological environment and economic development, thus showing its profound meaning and value implication.
