摘要
福州海峡奥林匹克体育中心主体育场钢罩棚为双向斜交斜放空间网格结构,采用现场地面拼装,大型履带式起重机跨内外单元吊装、高空散件嵌补、支撑原位安装、整体逐步分级拆撑施工工艺,有效保证了钢结构顺利施工。围护结构采用直立锁边铝镁锰屋面系统,铝镁锰板主要以弯弧板、扇形板、腰鼓板等异形板为主,整体屋面弯弧半径仅1. 2m,导致屋面板出板损耗率较高。通过优化铝镁锰扇形屋面板加工制作工艺,有效提高超小弯弧半径屋面板成品率,降低损耗率。
The metal roof of the main stadium of Fuzhou Strait Olympic Sports Center is a bidirectional oblique connected spatial grid structure,which is assembled on the ground,lifted by large crawler crane across internal and external units,patched by high-altitude bulk parts,in-situ installation of support,and step-by-step dismantling of support as a whole. The construction technology effectively guarantees the smooth construction of the steel structure. The enclosure structure adopts vertical side-locked Al-Mg-Mn roof system. Mg-Mn slabs mainly consist of curved arc slabs,sector slabs and waist drum slabs. The radius of curved arc of the whole roof is only 1. 2 m,which leads to a higher loss rate of roof slabs. By optimizing the fabrication process of Al-Mg-Mn sector roof panels,the yield of least-radius arc roof panels can be effectively increased and the loss rate can be reduced.
