海洋污染问题及防治对策

摘要
随着社会的进步,我国海洋资源的开发力度逐渐加大,这一方面提高了我国的国民经济水平,另一方面却也给海洋环境造成了严重的污染。本文针对海洋污染的主要来源、海洋污染的特点以及海洋污染防治对策进行了简要论述,望有所借鉴意义,以供参考。
