摘要
In this paper, an oil particle tracing model was designed for separately simulating oil-spill dynamic drift process based on the tidal-current numerical simulation in four cases of wind. Through the simulation of the oil movement, it specifically analyzes the impact of the sensitive goal after the oil spilling, in order for formulating emergency plan to provide certain guidance.
