The conditions of Liming Danxia geomorphological landscape are founded on Eocene red molasse formation and fissure net. Because of the variation coloration elements in rocks, the red cliff of Danxia peak forest shows variety of colors. Owing to the process of inner and outer dynamics of red bed altogether, the individual and composite states of the broad and very distinctive high Mt Danxia Geomorphology are formed, which can be divided into 4 main stages.
