The characteristics of hydrocarbon accumulation, rules and main control factors of hydrocarbon enrichment are analyzed in the middle-north part and southern part of Wen’an slope, Baxian Depression. The result shows that the slope is a positive element that is adjacent to multiple oil-generation sags, and is the target of regional hydrocarbon migration. Hydrocarbon are mainly concentrated in the buried hills and the second member and the third member of Shahejie Formation in Pre-Tertiary in vertical direction, and in the positive element in the middle-north part of Wen’an slope in plane. Oil and gas enrichment zones are deep in the middle-north part, and are shallow with small scale in the southern part.
