///Tarmar lies in the east central section of the Gangdisê-Nyainqêntanglha plate between the Bangong-Nujiang suture zone and the Yarlung Zangbo suture zone with excellent conditions for mineralization.1∶50 000 stream sediment geochemical survey reveals strong Pb, Zn, As, Cu and Ni anomalies with high gradient and intensity in the north of the studied area.
