This paper mainly describes the research in the active faults in the study area, fold structures since the formation of the Quaternary, Quaternary salient and trough, seismic activities, volcanic activities migration of river, ice age and sediments, the earth’s crust movement. Changchun new tectonic movement characteristics are similar to other regions, have some characteristics in neotectonic intermittence, differention of neotectonics, neotectonic generality, neotectonic inheritance, etc.
