This paper has calculated the reserves of symbiotic and associated elements of the Jiama copper-polymetallic deposit in Tibet using the geostatistics methods, by establishing the geological database, data analysis and dealing with the extreme high grade of every element, the semi-variogram analysis, and grade interpolation to the geological blocks using the Kriging and calculating every element’s reserves. Through the rigorous statistical analysis, calculation, test steps, the geostatistics method is better than traditional methods in the calculation of minerals reserves.
