In order to choose magmatic sulfide deposits faster and more economical from mafic and ultramafic intrusions, the authors try to discuss ore-bearing potential evaluation index system. The evaluation index system consists of tectonic setting, the nature of magma source region, original magma, rock types, magmatic differentiation degree, mass balance, magmatic water content, assimilation, mineralogy, chemistry of rock-forming minerals, geochemical of major elements, geophysical and geochemical anomalies. The index system is set up initially, it requires a continuously deepening and improving process.
