     To solve the difficulties of the lithological identification and poor predicted accuracy of the reservoirs in Nantun Formation in the eastern part of Tanan Sag, the reservoir prediction is conducted by means of the inverting methods of reconstructing the characteristic curve of high mudstone-interval resistivity and presenting the difference between the reservoirs and neighboring rocks. The results show that for the neighboring rocks with higher resistivity or with the collapsed borehole wall and mud invasion （ all the mudstones are rather thicker} , the reconstruction of the characteristic curves can effectively reduce the influences caused by the lower response values of the interval transit time and the density logging, thus the achievements stated above possess a certain reference significances for the reservoir identification in the regions with similar geological characteristics.
