     Tectonic magmatic activity of Yangzishao Basin northern rim is strong,ore-forming geological conditions are favorable.Basin NW and NE ductile shear belts are superposed late brittle structure,and developed beaded Au elements geochemical anomalies in the belts,and agreed well with the known ore deposits（points）,the analogy considered that ductile shear zone type gold deposit has good exploration prospects.SE basin margin fault showed the features of multi- period secondary activity,along the fracture zone filled with gold-bearing silicified altered rock,should pay attention to find the medium-low temperature hydrothermal type gold deposits;In the Early-Middle Jurassic,the diorite and granite porphyry intrusive limestone,in its surrounding accompany Au,Ag,Cu,Pb,Zn,W,Mo and other elements geochemical anomalies,The exploration prospect of skarn type copper-molybdenum ore is better.
