On the basis of the general model of rational hydrogeological concept of the study area, the authors set up the 3D mathematical model of underground water.  According to the seepage experiment, the 3D seepage coefficient is determined.  This model is calculated with the limited difference method.  And then, the imitation of well exploitation yield is carried out under different engineering condition, which can provide the economic and rational management method of water for well.
