Energy sector part of Shared Socio-Economic Pathways (SSPs). Implementation of narratives into Integrated Assessment Models (IAMs). Socio-economic uncertainty of SSPs covers IPCC AR5 range. SSP5 baseline scenario achieves 8.5 W/m² forcing. SSP3 does not solve the 2.6 W/m² target.
