摘要
•Paralleling individual AC/DC/AC converters results in higher cost, size, weight, and circulating current through the IGBTs.•A dual input six-switch power electronic converter is proposed to integrate two low-power wind turbines to the grid.•The wind turbines can operate independently, having different frequencies, and different powers.•A control system is also designed which helps MPPT and PFC to be achieved independently for both of the wind turbines.
