摘要
Firstly, there are very few studies about lake nutrient criteria and water body classification system in China, which may cause difficulties for nutrient level assessment and management. This research reviewed the development process of surface water standard systems in the US, EU and Japan as references. Secondly, in terms of the development process of the amendment of surface water quality standard in China, with particularly emphasizing on step changes and the causes, the future needs in environmental management in China were determined. Thirdly, based on the comparison of the method for setting up nutrient standard in the US, a new methodology with the combination of structure equation model and expert elicitation for setting lake nutrient standard was developed. Finally, the proposed method has been applied for setting the nutrient standards in Yungui eco-region, and the results have been proved that the standard is feasible.
