In article number 1601926, K. Jo, J. H. Lee, and co-workers demonstrate a novel approach to synthesize smooth and continuous DNA nanowires, preserving the original structure of large DNA and allowing its analysis with scanning electron microscope. Gold nanoparticles densely assembled on DNA via DNA binding peptides work as seeds for the metallization of DNA. This method allows analysis of whole DNA molecules with entangled 3D features.
