Full inorganic CsPbX₃ perovskite quantum dots are synthesized with narrow FWHM and high QY and their polarized emission properties are demonstrated by the first time, with polarization reaching to 0.36 in solution and 0.40 in film, which indicates they have great potential for applying in low power consumption display.
