The optimal HAuCl4/PAMAM ratio was investigated to prepare the efficient PAMAM(Au) as immunosensing platform.

The {dAb-CNT-HRP} nanoprobes were designed by exploiting CNTs for loading high contents of HRP.

The nanoprobes could catalyze oxidation aniline to produce electroactive PAn for electrochemical measurement.

The amplified electrochemical immunoassay of E. coli in dairy product was developed.

The method provided a powerful tool to estimate the quality of dairy product.
